After years of cast iron cooking with a cumbersome oven mitt, we decided to create something better. The Cast Iron Handle Guards easily slide on and off with one hand and fit around handles of numerous shapes and sizes. Most importantly, it can be used with both pot and pan handles. The full grain leather will protect your hands from the heat, but please note that you should not leave the guards on for a prolonged time. Also, do not leave it in the oven or over an open flame.
