Water-repellent with detachable hood, turtleneck-style collar and storm flap with nylon snap. Features two concealed zippered pockets at waist, zippered pocket on left bicep. Includes pencil stall on underside of storm flap, double entry lower pockets, bungee cord waist adjustments, and is hip length. Shell: 65% polyester/ 35% cotton. Lining; 100% Nylon Taffeta. Insulation: 100% polyester (insulation content may vary). Not all sizes available in all colors. Complies with Prop 65.
