Heritage Steel presents 8" Cleaver. A knife with a wide, rigid blade featuring a hollow-ground edge. The thick, well-balanced blade with a beveled edge allows for ease of chopping through hard materials such as poultry bones. The flat blade is also handy for cleanup. These Hammer Stahl knives are made in the tradition of the great German knife makers, but with a patented new design and a manufacturing process that allows them to be affordable. 0.7" L x 13.5" W x 3.1" H
