White Window perforated decals are a composite material that has tiny holes and lets light filter thru. From one side it looks black, but you can see thru the other side. White on printed side and black on adhesive side. Not recommended to use any solvent-based cleaners on window surface before applying the decal: such as ammonia or Windex.
