The Crackle Bowl Tall Pink design is inspired by frozen ice that has just cracked. The design influence is from the convergence of hotglass and cold water that creates a crackled finish. The designer wanted to create a surface reminiscent of frozen, crusted ice. A crunchy, crackling feel. The techniqueis old, but the designer uses it in her own personal way. The Crackle series is hand made mouth blown in Kosta, Sweden by Desinger Åsa Jungnelius. It takes 8 artisan to create one piece. Ideal for functional bowl and stand alone art piece. 8.2700005" W x 6.3000002" H
