Serrated edge helps guide blade through tough crust without compressing bread. Polyoxymethylene (POM) triple-riveted handles. Handles resist fading and discoloration. Incredibly sharp and easily maintained blade. Dishwasher safe but recommend hand wash for longer blade life.
