This product is made of food-grade stainless steel and separates egg yolks from egg whites without the mess common with other methods. To use, simply hang the separator on the side of a bowl, then crack the egg into the slot. The open-slot holes allow the egg white to flow into a separate bowl while keeping the yolk in place.
