The Douro tea press is based on the French press brewing system. Simply place tea leaves add hot water place lid with plunger and let step. Press plunger down when desired tea strength is reached and pour to serve. Porcelain construction has a simple and elegant design with an oak handle. Generous 1.5-liter (51oz) capacity makes enough for 12 cups. Stainless steel press. Use with loose leaf tea or tea bags. Recommend hand wash only.
