The central design elements are created by fuming three separate gathers of clear glass with tin oxides which are iridized in the furnace creating a rainbow of sparkling color. A fourth gather of clear glass cases the design and a bubble is added for refractive interest. Emerald City is the fictional capital of the Land of Oz first described in L. Frank Baum's book The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. Much of the imagery created of the city depicts towers of varying heights clustered together. 3" W x 10.25" H
