Simply select a sunny spot, and push the ground nail into the soil (using a rod to make a pilot hole helps). Gopher repellent emits 4 seconds of low frequency pulses every 35 seconds, which penetrate through the soil and discourage them from entering the protected area. The gopher repellent doesn't hurt animals, it just uses high-frequency waves, sound and light to drive animals out of your home. It takes 2-4 weeks to drive moles and gophers away. Each solar groundhog repellent has an effective range of up to 5000 square feet.
