This Chef's knife has imported Japanese AUS6M corrosion-resistant stainless steel blades, and is NSF® Certified. It features a hand-sharpened 16° double-bevel blade (32° comprehensive). It has full-tang construction and a riveted POM handle that will provide a lifetime of pro-level performance. Striking, hammered blade finish not only look good, but are functional.
