Specifically designed for the CombiCarrierII®, this head immobilizer enables easy use of the latch mechanism during application and removal. It limits lateral movement while improving access to the neck and ears without compromising stability. Constructed from vinyl-dipped NBR, it's easy to clean, compact for storage, and X-ray compatible. The base plate can remain attached during storage to save time in emergencies. Replacement parts are available, and it fits most standard 16-inch backboards used in the field. 17" L x 8" W x 4.5" H
