The cooling packs are made from non-toxic materials, and they affix into vests that have adjustable fit at shoulders & torso for cooling your core. To activate place cooling packs in freezer for an hour or soak in ice water for 20 minutes. The liquid never freezes. It phase changes to a white semi-solid material that maintains 65 degrees.
