These appliqué patches are custom manufactured using layered fabric pieces that are stitched together to create bold designs with texture and contrast. They are commonly used for apparel, uniforms, jackets, hats, and large-format lettering or logos where visual impact is important.Designs are created by cutting fabric components into custom shapes and sewing them onto a base material, allowing for clean edges, varied materials, and dimensional styling. Appliqué patches can be produced in custom shapes and sizes and may incorporate embroidery details for added definition.Patches are available with multiple backing options to support different application needs. Common backing options include sew-on, heat seal (iron-on), adhesive (peel and stick), and hook and loop fasteners.
