With an aluminum core and stainless steel handles, the coating is free of PTFE, PFOA, PFAS, heavy metals, and hard anodization. Heats evenly, safe on gas, electric, and induction. Oven safe up to 550°F; hand wash recommended. Includes an 8" Mini Fry Pan and a 1.75qt Mini Saucepan with lid.
