These enhanced sublimated patches are custom manufactured using a combination of dye sublimation printing and embroidery to create detailed designs with added texture and dimension. They are commonly used for apparel, uniforms, hats, backpacks, and branding programs that require full color artwork with stitched accents.Artwork is reproduced using a sublimation process that allows full color graphics, gradients, and fine detail to be permanently infused into the fabric. Select elements are then embroidered to enhance outlines, text, or borders, adding depth and a premium stitched appearance.Enhanced sublimated patches can be produced in custom shapes and sizes and are available with multiple backing options to support different application needs. Common backing options include sew-on, heat seal (iron-on), adhesive (peel and stick), and hook and loop fasteners. Additional finishing options and packaging configurations are available at an additional charge. Complies with Prop 65. 3" W x 3" H
