Flag fasteners are a way of attaching a grommet flag to a flag pole that doesn't have a rope. The clear plastic ring is intended for 1" diameter pole. It slides on the pole and the the plastic screw then goes through the grommet and into the ring holding the flag secure to the pole. 1" Diameter
