It solves the problem of sauce dripping and oily hands and clothes when eating hamburgers. The U-shape notch allows for easy access to the food while providing support. The corrugated resilient bottom provides a stable surface for the food to stay in place. Complies with Prop 65. 3 7/8" L x 2" W x 2 1/4" H
