This set includes 3.5" pairing, 6" multi-utility, and 8" chef's knives with blade guards. It features imported Japanese AUS6M corrosion-resistant stainless steel blades. It has full-tang construction and a riveted POM handle that will provide a lifetime of pro-level performance. There's a double bevel cutting angle of 16 degrees on each side. The striking, hammered blade finish not only looks good, but is functional, and makes Shun the sharpest knives out of the box. Complies with NSF. 13" L x 7" W x 6" H
